Sumr’s journey is one of magical flow! She was introduced to natural healing in 1977 while attending college during an abundantly stressful time. She experienced the power of the breath and its capability of releasing stress by calming the mind and body. In 1994, Sumr experienced the incredible empowering journey of home birthing her first child followed by her second child in 1999 through the power of the breath! The vibration of sound (Chanting) was voiced through Sumr to her children (when chaos would surface) to connect with inner peace. Sumr has an incredible gift of allowing each individual to tune into their own being and gently connect deeper within to find inner strength and healing at their own pace. Magic of life continues for Sumr today as her teaching has expanded to working with the Senior population, veterans, kids of all ages and those with special needs. She has taught a wide range of people from 1st graders up to age 101. She is so happy to be part of the Mind.Body.Spirit team and is available for personal one-on-one or group sessions.
Sumr combines her gentle spirit and her mastery of yogic breath to create a wonderful class. Kundalini is one of the more spiritual types of yoga. It goes beyond the physical performance of poses with its emphasis on breathing, meditation and chanting. Sumr also hosts various gatherings bringing together chanting, meditation and dancing movement.

The flowing breath and movement of TriYoga combined with Geraldine's wonderful accent and calm nature make for a beautiful yoga experience. TriYoga is a complete hatha yoga method. It is the union of breath and focus. TriYoga fundamentals include relaxation-in-action.

Terry designed Yoga for Stiffs to fit her love of yoga and flexibility needs. She has a unique ability to bring joy and laughter to the yoga experience, especially for those who think they are too stiff for yoga or have had a less than ideal yoga experience.

Susan is a nationally certified LMT and specializes in Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) . CST is a form of bodywork developed to assist in the detection and correction of traumas and dysfunctions of the central nervous system. This gentle, non-invasive technique addresses the membrane system and each other by finding possible restrictions and/or imbalances that cause a client pain and dysfunction. Through mobilization of these bones, other physiological systems (nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine and muscular) are affected.
The positive effect of CST in encouragement of the body's own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the effects of trauma or stress. Kat is a certified Practitioner of Acutonics/Vibrational Medicine. She is a certified Yoga, Qigong and Body Rolling Instructor and Teacher Trainer. Kat creatively blends the highest principles of Therapeutic Movement, Eastern Medicine and Natural Healing in her Acu-Wellness Treatments at the Mind Body Spirit Center. Each private session is a unique blending of Acutonics, Therapeutic cupping, Acupressure Massage, Moxibustion, Functional Movement Therapy and Sacred Sound.
