About

Sherry is a member of the Holistic Nurses Associtation and a provider for the Well Care organization for under served women.

Hello, my name is Sherry Tackett and I would like to introduce myself to you. I have a passion for helping others acheive optimal health and wellness in their lives.  In 1999 I graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Nursing as well as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Phoenix. During the course of pursuing my degrees I worked with six certified nurse midwives, a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Naturopathic doctors giving me plenty of hands on experience during my educational years. After graduating from nursing school as an RN in 1982, I worked in cardiology where I was chosen to be on the transplant team at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix.

After graduating from the University of Phoenix, I worked with Dr. Dana Keaton NMD and Dr. Donese Worden NMD where I worked with and prescribed bio-identical hormones, homeopathics and herbal medicine for women. In my clinic I use an integrative approach to health care, using both conventional and traditional modalities.

In 2001 I joined Dr. Ingrid Haas's gynecology practice.  In 2008 the Mind Body Spirit Center was born and I continue to specialize in the use of bio-identical hormones, homeopathics and herbs for peri-menopause and menopause.
